Who We Are
The Philippine Animal Welfare Charity (PAWCIBLE) is a group of dedicated volunteers committed to rescuing and caring for animals in need. Our mission is to provide medical treatment, food, shelter, and love, to those who cannot speak for themselves. We work tirelessly to find loving homes for every animal in our care. We believe in the possibility that anyone can love animals and that even one person can make a difference in this world. We will save one furry life at a time. Anything is Pawcible!

Our Team
We are composed of volunteers who share their talents and skills to keep this shelter running. We are short-handed and we are running on very limited personal resources but our advocacy on animal welfare has brought us together for the noble purpose of saving lives and improving the lives of people by helping them experience having a 4 legged feline friend.
